CHS Announces the Class of ’71 Reunion

Calling all graduates of the Coronado High School class of 1971!

Believe it or not, it has been 40 years this year since you all graduated from CHS. And plans are already under way for a wonderful class reunion.

I have been asked by Shirley Lukomski Hopkins to help spread the word about the reunion. Shirley is having difficulty locating all of you and your classmates. She has been unable to contact about 130 of the alumni and is asking for your assistance in letting everyone know about the reunion.

If you haven’t heard from Shirley or Andrea Laird, please update your contact information with them. And spread the word about the reunion to your classmates who you have kept in contact with or know how to reach.

As tradition dictates, the reunion will be held on July 3rd at the Coronado Golf Course Clubhouse from 4:00-7:00 p.m. This year, July 3, 2011 falls on a Sunday.

Coronado is in its glory during the 4th of July celebrations and it should be an exciting holiday weekend with the reunion and the Parade the following day.
