This is one of my favorite times of year here in Coronado, summer is on the way and the Concerts in the Park kick off. The first Concert in the Park is scheduled for Sunday, May 29th at 6:00 pm. The Coronado Concerts in the Park are held every Sunday starting Memorial Day weekend and ending the Sunday after Labor Day.

Sunday evenings in the park are a wonderful time. Family and friends of all ages gather together with their picnic baskets, coolers and take out containers and enjoy the music floating over Spreckels Park from the gazebo in the center of the park. Everyone has their chosen “spot” where they spread their blankets and set up their folding chairs and tables. Come on join us for one or all of these wonderful community gatherings!

Please note that alcoholic beverages are only allowed in the park during the Sunday concerts. And at no time are dogs allowed in the park.
